Fife Council welcomes Everoze expansion in Scotland

Fife Council welcomes the news that technical and commercial energy consultancy Everoze has opened a new office in Aberdour, Fife.

Recently recruited Partner Zoe Barnes will lead the development of the company’s activities in Scotland. The move is in response to a growing demand for consultancy services in the renewables market in Scotland, despite a tough regulatory environment in the broader UK context.

Zoe joins the Everoze team with over a decade of experience in renewables, working as a consultant with BVG Associates and a Technology Manager at Vestas. She brings a wealth of industry expertise plus specialist knowledge in technology and innovation.

Cllr Lesley Laird, Fife Council’s Depute Leader and Executive Spokesperson Economy and Planning, said: “Fife is at the forefront of renewable energy and innovation. Everoze’s growth in Scotland, and specifically, Fife, reinforces our position.

“Fife has a lot to offer businesses, and we aspire to be the best place to do business. Everoze are recognised globally for their expertise, and this investment in Fife is a positive boost for the Kingdom. The renewables and energy sectors are going through a period of technical, economic and regulatory change, and this expansion reinforces the region’s reputation as a centre of excellence for this rapidly evolving and dynamic sector.”
