HOUSING INNOVATION SHOWCASE 2012 – DUNFERMLINE – 28TH MAY to 15TH JUNE 2012

An exciting partnership project is taking place in Fife, led by the Kingdom Housing Association and Fife Council. The project will showcase 10 different Modern Methods of Construction through 10 different construction Partners, demonstrating the capacity of these systems to be mainstreamed as affordable housing.

FIFE SUBMISSION AIMS TO TAKE ENERGY PARK FIFE TO A NEW LEVEL

Energy park fife from the southFIFE COUNCIL has made a submission to Scottish Government for support for the Tax Increment Financing Scheme, which if successful, could help deliver a major new phase of investment at Energy Park Fife, allowing it to attract the largest potential offshore wind projects.

Kirkcaldy Harbour Re-opens after 20 years

The project was a partnership between Forth Ports and miller Carr’s Flour Hutchisons, with the support of a freight facilities grant from Transport Scotland worth £829,000 and harbour master Captain Andrew Rendle also involved.
